No matter how busy we are and how little time we have in our hands for yourself, we must cultivate a hobby. This is very important especially today when each of us is burdened with so much stress due to deadlines and work pressure. I am working as an IT professioanl, so generally dont have much time left after work & home but I always try to steal some time for my hobby. I am a paper & crafts lover...although have not done any specific course on this but try to do some craft work with all my heart.
